Shipping Information:Once your order is received it will be shipped from our warehouse in Mission, British Columbia, Canada within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment.
A flat fee is added to your order for shipping charges.
All orders within USA and Canada use standard shipping delivery via Canada Post. If you wish to have your purchase trackable and/or with insurance, please indicate this desire during the check-out process in the "comments" section, or email Dyelicious with your request. An additional cost for this service will be billed seperately upon confirmation.
For overseas shipments: email Dyelicious for a rate.
Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to Customs charges; sorry, we have no control over this.
Return Information:At Dyelicious, we stand beind every product that we sell. We 100% guarantee the products to be as shown and described. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. You can return or exchange any item in its original condition unopened with the seal in tact, to the address below within 7 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Please note the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund your Paypal account. An email notification will be sent at the time refund was given. If you wish to exchange your refund with a new or different item, you will be contacted for verification.
